If you purchase a bag from Kate Spade with a flat leather side, you can choose from a variety of foils, letters, numbers and symbols and the store staff can personalise for you in store.
If you want to simply purchase a tag to personalise, you can do this for £5 per letter, number or symbol (allow 30 - 40 minutes).

Fortnum and Mason
On December 14th, Paul Shaw will be in Fortnums St. Pancras from 12:00-16:00 engraving selected Fortnums products. Engraving will be on a first come first served basis and will take approximately 10 minutes per item. Pricing starts from just £10.
Fortnum’s products which can be engraved: Water Bottles, Flasks, Ceramic items such as tea ware, candles with glass outer, & alcohol bottles.
