Prime Burger care about the sourcing of their food. Their beef patties are formed from prime cuts of forequarter & rib of beef seasoned with a smidge of cracked black pepper & salt. The beef is farmed in Oxfordshire & middle England and comes from a range of grass-fed breeds including Charolais, Limousin, Hereford and Angus. 

Prime Burger support other independents too; all their veg comes fresh from Covent Garden Market, sauces are made bespokely for them by a lovely lady called Ramona and their bread is baked daily by London’s artisan bakers Maison Du Pain.
