Named in honour of the building's Gothic Revival style, Gothic Bar sees a reinterpretation of the classic cocktail bar for a modern and discerning audience.  The bar features a drinks list centred around the robust flavours of Eau de Vie with Signature Serves and Grand Classics sitting alongside a curated selection of absinthes.  A bar food menu is also available. Open from 12pm daily, with weekend hours extending to the early morning, it's the perfect venue to escape the everyday, immerse in history, and make unforgettable memories.
