Aux Merveilleux de Fred is a traditional French pastry specialty brand.

The concept of our brand is based on artisanal production of a limited number of traditional recipes from the North of France:

The Merveilleux is a cake composed of alternate layers of meringue and whipped cream. Different flavours and sizes are available

The Cramique is a soft brioche. Traditionally with raisins, we propose also versions with chocolate chips or pearl sugar. They are baked, throughout the day.

The Flemish waffles: Cooked with a iron, they are two different types: Vanilla or Vergeoise brown sugar and rum.
