St. Pancras' 2020 Christmas Tree: EL&N's Tree of Hope
We've teamed up with Instagrammable London café brand EL&N London to present a very special Tree of Hope - a carousel themed Christmas tree which casts a magical pink glow over St. Pancras.
This year has seen the world come together in strength and unity. Our nation will be forever grateful for the commitment, compassion and selflessness shown by NHS staff, key workers and carers. To celebrate these heroes, the tree has been decorated with 1,200 meters of festive ribbon printed with quotes of love and hope from the fantastic team members at Imperial College Healthcare, Guy’s & St. Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, NHS Ambulance Service and the Royal Mail.
Following an initial lockdown launch, we are delighted to announce that from Wednesday 2 December our EL&N Tree of Hope will be interactive 4-6pm every weekend, we hope that you get a chance to strike a pose and make some perfect Instagram moments with us.
Designed in collaboration with Holland Harvey Architects, the 2020 Tree of Hope showcases a pink EL&N wonderland themed carousel topped with a pink ribbon adorned tree, measuring 34ft high.
People visiting the station can also enjoy EL&N’s grab-and-go menu options from the newly opened café found in The Arcade. Alongside their magical tree, EL&N are celebrating a Season of Sweetness across all eight of their London cafés with a new festive menu, including a pink Tree of Hope cake from which 10% of all sales will go to FareShare.
FareShare is the UK’s national network of charitable redistributors, helping to feed communities and families in need. EL&N will also be spreading moments of sweetness and joy among their loyal customers and staff at their sites and across their popular Instagram profile. If you’re a fan of the EL&N brand, look out for some special treats over the months of November & December.
EL&N’s Tree of Hope will remain on the station's main concourse until 3 January 2021 - we hope you can come visit the station safely soon.
