St Pancras Brasserie and Champagne Bar by Searcys has a new menu to accompany a refreshed look, and the exciting addition of our first ever Champagne School which marks the 150th anniversary of our station home.
Our head chef Colin Layfield has created an all-day menu, which focuses on the UK’s finest seasonal produce. Breakfast highlights include Rainy Lane yoghurt, spiced Williams pear and John Ross Jr smoked salmon, while a menu available at lunch or dinner features Creedy Carver chicken and leek pie and 45-day house-aged Lake District Rib of beef on the bone.
The original restaurant, designed in art deco style by Martin Brudnizki, now has a variety of flexible spaces perfect for get-togethers and informal meetings, as well as catering for parties of different sizes. New additions include The Glass Room, a semi-private area seating 18, along with the Kitchen Bar area filled with high tables and seating for 37, ideal for all-day working, breakfast meetings and informal business lunches. It also overlooks the open kitchen, making it a great venue for chef demo events.
A newly added private dining room plays host to the our first Champagne School, reimagined as a 12-seater Tasting Room that can also be booked for meetings, masterclasses or parties fizzing with Champagne and British sparkling.
Our much-loved Champagne bar is famously the longest in Europe, and has swiftly became a must-visit destination in London, where guests can enjoy the grandeur and panoramic views of the magnificent station. For those looking to enjoy a glass of something special, the menu showcases a variety of champagne and world sparkling wines by the bottle, including 9 by the glass.
