Requesting Assistance

If you need mobility assistance or any help with luggage, our station staff will be pleased to help. Please speak to any of our Customer Service Assistants on the concourse wearing light blue St Pancras vests.

Please contact the train operator 48 hours in advance to book assistance.

Eurostar do not operate a pre-booking service. Please speak to any member of our station staff, Eurostar staff or visit the Customer Assistance Meeting Point in the Eurostar check-in area in the Arcade.
