Requesting assistance on the day

If you need mobility assistance on the day, our station staff will be pleased to help. Please make yourself known at the train departure gate when you arrive or, if you are unable to make your own way there, call our Station Control Room on: 020 7843 7610 when you reach the Customer Assistance Point situated on the ground floor by Starbucks.
