St Pancras International remains one of the greatest Victorian buildings in London. It has become not just a key destination for Eurostar and high-speed rail in the UK, but a fantastic retail and hospitality destination.
You should find everything you need for your trip or daily commute at St Pancras International. If you do need any help, please speak to one of our Customer Service Assistants in the light blue St Pancras vests.
Toilets are located in the Arcade, just opposite Eurostar arrivals, and in the Circle just past the cash dispensers (see map). All facilities are free.
There are wheelchair and mobility impaired accessible toilets in both the Arcade area, opposite Eurostar departures, and the Circle areas, beside the cash dispensers. Additional toilets are also located in the international departures lounge (see map).
Baby changing facilities are located in the Arcade, just opposite Eurostar arrivals, and in the Circle just past the cash dispensers (see map).
Free, unlimited superfast Wi-Fi is available within St Pancras International, and can be accessed via the SSID St Pancras Free.
Once you have connected, open your internet browser. When the Wi-Fi browser pops up either sign in or watch the short advert. Once the video has finished, you can browse the free Wi-Fi as much as you like.
Public Phones are located by Station Reception and in the Pancras Rd entrance to the Underground.
Cash dispensers are located in the Circle area, beside the photo booth, and in the Arcade area behind the escalators (see map).
The International Currency Exchange is our Bureau De Change. The branches are located in the Arcade, beside Eurostar arrivals, and in the Eurostar departures area, also in the Arcade.
Boots in the Circle area has a pharmacy which is open Monday to Saturday from 07:00–00:00, and Sunday from 09:00–21:00.
There is a photo booth on the station where pictures for passports, travel passes and other identity documents can be obtained. It is located in the Circle area by the cash dispensers.
‘Excess Baggage’ is a secure place where you can leave items of luggage for collection later. This is located beside the British Transport Police office in the Circle area (see map).
It is open Monday to Saturday from 06:00–22:00, and Sunday from 07:00–22:00.
