FAQs

Even though I select St Pancras Wi-Fi, my apps still don't work.

Open your internet browser. When the Wi-Fi browser pops up either sign in or watch the short advert. Once the video has finished, you can browse the free Wi-Fi as much as you like.

Why do you ask for a phone number and email address, but if I choose to share an offer by email, it uses a different email address?

You are required to enter a phone number and email address purely as a security measure. This information will not be used without your permission.

If you are an iPad user you will see that when sharing an offer via email, the address registered to the device is used rather than the one entered at registration. You can change this by going to the settings page in the app and entering a different address.

When I open the app I get an error message: “Error: something went wrong”.

If this message appears, it means that the app has timed out.

To restart it, simply double tap the Home button and swipe the app up. When you re-enter the app, it should work perfectly.

I am receiving notifications to change my location services. How do I do that?

If you are using an IOS device, in order to take full advantage of the map within the app you need to have your Location Services switched on.

Simply change your device settings by going to the Settings page, selecting Privacy and then Location Services.

The app is only available on iPhone 4S (and above) and iPad 3 (and above), which must be running at least iOS 7.1 operating system.

Android
On Android, the app is only available on Android 4 and above.
