Can anyone elighten me as to what is happening with the Midland Grand Hotel? I can't seem to find any definitive information about if it going to be a hotel again or if it is going to be apartments? When is it due to re-open if it hasn't already?? Thanks

Does anyone know if the station actually locks it's doors at all during the night. I arrive in London(Paddington) at 1.30am and are due to depart on the 5.57am to Brussels. Don't want to waste cash on a hotel for a few hours! Cheers.
