We are opening an exciting new hot dog concept at Sourced Market in St Pancras called Finer Viener…
…strictly speaking, we should have called our Famous Viennese Hot Dog, Finer Wiener, wiener meaning Viennese. To be sure Vienna got the credit for bringing their delicious Hot Dog to the world, we decided instead to call their authentic Hot Dog Finer Viener.
You can pronounce it like the city, Vienna, or Viner to rhyme with Diner, or even Veener as a nod to its wiener origins!
Either way, it is unlikely that you will find a Finer Viener outside of Vienna, home to some of the world’s greatest composers, from Shubert to Mozart. This Viennese composition is best enjoyed slowly.

The Hotel History
After years of devoted restoration, the St Pancras Renaissance Hotel was officially reopened on the 5th of May 2011 and is being hailed as London’s most romantic building.
