Disabled Access
The station entrances are located at street level and provide level access to the lower concourse. There are three lifts on the main concourse to take passengers to and from the upper level UK train platforms and the Rendezvous. There are three more lifts in the Eurostar departures lounge and one additional lift to take international passengers from the Eurostar platforms down to the international arrivals hall.
Customer Assistance
We aim to provide all the necessary assistance to disabled customers using St Pancras International Station whether this has been booked in advance or not and would like your journey through St Pancras to be an enjoyable experience.
To help us provide excellent customer service for customers with restricted mobility we would recommend that you call 24 hours before starting your journey to book a customer assist and to check that all aspects of the station and services are in full working order to allow the assist to take place.

Eurostar assisted travel helpline 08705 186186 from 8am to 9pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm Saturday and 9am to 5pm on Sundays and bank holidays.

Should you require customer assistance having not made an advance booking, then please do head to the Customer Assistance Meeting Point which is located on the lower concourse (alongside the main Ticket Office) where you will find a member of the Customer Service Team waiting to assist.
Baby Changing
Baby changing facilities are available at the entrances of the public toilets in the Circle, Arcade and international departures lounge
Toilets
Public toilets are situated towards the southern end of the Arcade adjacent to the Eurostar Ticket Office and just off the Circle next to the Station Reception office. Additional toilets are also located in the international departures lounge. There is no charge for the toilets and they all have step-free access for wheel-chair users and baby changing.
Luggage Storage
Excess Baggage provides a secure left luggage facility and is located at street level in the Circle area of the station, just past the UK Rail ticket office. Opening hours are 06:00 to 22:00 Monday to Saturday and 07:00 to 22:00 on Sunday. The cost is £8.00 per item (of any size) per 24 hours, therefore your item can be stored overnight if needed.

ATM Cash Machines
There are three sets of ATM cash machines located within the station. Two set are situated within the Arcade of the station and one set is situated within The Circle just behind Monsoon.
Photo Booth
There is a photo booth positioned just alongside the ATM Cash Machines located in The Circle just behind Monsoon.
Trolleys
There is a trolley corral located inside St Pancras International Station near to the London Underground entrance. The cost of using a trolley is £1.00 which is retrieveable upon return of the trolley.
Lost Property
Excess Baggage handles all lost property and is located in the Circle area next to the UK Rail Ticket Office. To contact Excess Baggage call 0207 8331596.
Eurostar have their own lost property called Euro Dispatch. To contact Euro Dispatch call 08701600052.
Taxi Pick Up: Midland Road
Currently the taxi pick up is located next to First Capital Connect.
Soon a large covered queuing area will be available halfway along the lower concourse where passengers can wait for marshalled taxis.
Taxi Drop Off: Pancras Road
There are two taxi drop off areas in Pancras Road. One is situated halfway along the old Victorian brick built Barlow shed and is convenient for Eurostar passengers. The second is situated close to the main entrance in the new part of the station and is suitable for passengers travelling within the UK
Car Parking
There is a public car park with an excess of 300 spaces at St. Pancras station that is managed by NCP. Please refer to the NCP website for parking hours and costs.
Passenger Drop Off Zone
A clearly marked passenger drop off zone is located on Pancras Road which runs parallel to St Pancras International Station. The drop off zone leads directly to the Eurostar departures.
Bicycle Racks
Cycle racks are located in the rear of the ground and first level of the St Pancras car park.
Private Hire
The Betjeman Arms offers private dining and meeting room hire.
